About Us
Waters Construction Company, Inc. was established by Bill and Louise Waters in 1976. Ronnie Waters, their son, started with the company in 1984. After his parents passing, Ronnie became the sole owner of Waters Construction Company, Inc. in 2018. We do road construction and paving on driveways, parking lots, ranch roads, and work for city, county and state projects. We specialize in asphalt surface treatment, chip-seal, and work within a 150 mile radius of Huntsville, TX. We are fully insured and experienced for all of your road construction needs. All of our equipment meets the Texas Department of Transportations standards.
