What You’ll Do
· Prospect new business through phone, email, and LinkedIn
· Identify and connect with decision-makers
· Qualify leads and book meetings for our Account Executives
· Follow up on marketing-generated inquiries
· Track activity in our CRM and sales tools
· Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching
What Success Looks Like
· Book qualified meetings
· Respond to inbound leads within 24 hours
· Consistently contribute to pipeline growth
· Improve outreach performance over time
What We’re Looking For
· 1–2 years of sales or outbound prospecting experience preferred
· Strong communication skills (phone, email, LinkedIn)
· Resilient and motivated by goals
· Coachable and eager to grow
· Organized and self-driven

Base salary: $15 an hour + commission 18-25 hours per week.
Workdays and hours are flexible but must be completed between 9:00am-4:00pm, Monday-Friday.
