Wind Ensemble Concert

This is the final concert of the spring semester for the SHSU Wind Ensemble.  They will present a new work by faculty composer Kyle Kindred entitiled "Lux Aeterna".  Faculty trombonist Ben Osborne will be featured in the dramatic concerto "Arrows of Time" by Richard Peaslee.  The program will also include three pieces from the standard repertoire of the wind band; "Hammersmith" by Gurav Holst, "southwestern Sketches" by Samuel Adler and "Commando March" by Samuel Barber.
