Walker County Master Gardener’s Annual Spring Plant Sale

Walker County Master Gardeners’ ANNUAL SPRING PLANT SALE will be on Saturday, March 14th. 8:00 am to 12:00 p.m. (noon). Vegetables, plenty of tomatoes, tropical plants and fruit trees will be on sale. Flowering plants selection will include roses, hibiscus, and native plants. There will be a selection of succulents and herbs. This year, we will bring back the strawberries plants. Don’t forget about the baked sales featuring homemade breads, brownies, cookies, muffins, cakes and snack mixes. All proceeds from our bake sale will go toward the Sandy Tykol Scholarship Fund to benefit our high school seniors pursuing an agriculture degree.
