Music that we all know and remember. Raven Rep’s second theatrical offering is The Fantasticks with the book and lyrics by Tom Jones and the music by Harvey Schmidt. Suggested by the play Les Romanesques by Edmond Rostand, The Fantasticks is a timeless tale about love and life and growing up. The original Off-Broadway production of The Fantasticks ran a total of 42 years and 17,162 performances, making it the world's longest-running musical. The music is familiar to one and all-with the beginning song “Try to Remember” a favorite.
