Shotgun Fred BBQ Showdown
This is a Kansas City Barbeque Society sanctioned cook-off. The annual event will be held in Huntsville Texas every year to raise scholarship funds to be added to Fred Pirkle's scholarship fund at Sam Houston State University. Rosenwall is the featured band both Friday and Saturday. Chance to win a piece of the $10,000 prize money or chance to win a BBQ Guru Onyx Oven.
