Each year, Sam Houston State University hosts a fundraising event benefiting the university's Elliott T. Bowers Honors College student scholarships and operating expenses. LET'S TALK! - A Night of Conversation, is a wonderful opportunity to showcase 24 of the most notable authors, scholars, teachers, artists, public officials, and business men and women who are invested in public service, education and/or the future of Sam Houston State University. More than 250 alumni, friends and community leaders attend each year for great food and stimulating round table discussion format.
