Festival Inspiración 2013

Festival (de) Inspiración 2013 is a huge celebration of Latin American culture. Artists, scholars, and community are brought together to experience, explore, and learn about the varied and rich heritage of Latin America.

In cooperation with the City of Huntsville and the Wynne Home Arts Center, representatives from Chile, Colombia, Puerto Rico, Cuba, among others, will help us discover our diverse society through dance, art, music, literature and language.

There will be a concert by artist Lena Burke from held March 8, 2013 at 7:30 p.m. in the James and Nancy Gaertner Performing Arts Center at Sam Houston State University. Tickets are $15 for adults, $5 for children 18 and under, and SHSU students with an student I.D. and children under 5 are free. All other events on the schedule are free for anyone to attend.
