Dye for Dogs 5K Color Run/Walk

The inaugural Dye for Dogs 5K Color Run/Walk will begin at the New Waverly High School football field.  The event is being hosted by the New Waverly Athletic Booster Club.  Participants must register by September 15 in order to be guaranteed a shirt.  Registration will be available on the day of the run.  The course will start and end at the New Waverly High School football field.  As the course winds through New Waverly, New Waverly athletics and volunteers will toss colors on the runners.  The to five male and to five female finishers will receive medals.  Extra color packets will be available for participants and non-participants to purchase to toss on the runners as well.  Proceeds from the event will benefit the student athletes of New Waverly ISD.
