Concussions Aren't Always Easy to Spot

Center for Rehabilitation & Sports Medicine hosts this program on learning to recognize the symptoms and dangers of concussions, presented by Dr. Nhu Bruce, Neurologist. 
Student athletes from elementary to high school now have better safeguards against concussion injuries thanks to a law to protect young athletes.  The law requires coach, parent and athlete education about the signs and symptoms of concussions, athletes suspected of concussion must leave the game or practice, and the athlete must have a medical evaluation before returning to play.  Join us to learn more about athletic head injuries.
