Chronic Diseases
Council for Health Education and Development, LLC in conjunction with Houston-Galveston Area Agency - Area Agency on Aging Elderly & Caregiver Support Services presents this 4-hour class allows for discussion and application of learned healthcare guidelines as well as providing an understanding of different chronic diseases (i.e. Parkinson's, MS, COPD, Heart Disease and Arthritis), associated and similar impairments: practice in remedial breathing strategies, balance training and an introduction to Tai Chi.
