Back to School Fair
Texas Children's Health Plan is holding "Huntsville Back-to-School Fair" which will provide 1 backpack with school supplies per school-aged child (Pre K - 12) while supplies last. Parent and child must be present and mus have report card or enrollment form.
Other activities include face painting, popcorn, education on health, safety, nutrition and more. Vaccinations and screenings including health, dental and vision. (Must bring vaccination record)
