DESCRIPTION:Creekside is hosting a Health Fair with the  theme being "Move It" focusing on fitness and exercise.  Local vendors will be in attendance and door prizes will be given away.  Free healthcare samples as well as items for purchase will also be available.\n\n\n\nVendor spaces are available at no cost to participate.  Each organization will have a table and 3-4 chairs.  Each vendor is asked to provide any educational/informational fliers or brochures\, free samples or items to purchase.  This is a wonderful opportunity to interact with families in the community.
