DESCRIPTION:Come to Eliza's kitchen for a harvest festival.  Assist and sample in the process of cooking a meal in 19th century Texas.  We'll be using vegetables and herbs grown in the museum's own gardens to create foods that would have been very similar to foods Sam and Margaret Houston would have eaten.
