DESCRIPTION:The City of Huntsville Purchasing Division\, in association with TDCJ\, Walker County\, Sam Houston State University\, Huntsville ISD\, and the SHSU Small Business Development Center\, would like to announce the 22nd Annual HUB and Vendor Show. The show will be held March 29\, from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.\, at the Walker County Storm Shelter.\n\nThis year's show will feature an informative training session on federal contracting certifications\, geared specifically toward small businesses\, HUB-certified businesses\, and women-owned businesses\, from 10 to 11 a.m. It will be presented by representatives of the U. S. Small Business Administration and is open to the public.\n\nIt is a rare opportunity to have a federal organization present on this in Huntsville\, and all local businesses are encouraged to attend.\n\nLunch will be provided for vendors from 11 to 11:30 a.m.\n\nThis annual event allows vendors to display their products and services to governmental entities from Walker County and surrounding areas. There are no costs associated to attend\, or to showcase products or services (tables will be provided\, vendors are encouraged to bring table coverings).
