DESCRIPTION:Kick off the Fair on the Square with us at the Pre-Fair on the Square Concert on Friday\, September 30th from 9:00- midnight!  This year we will feature Jerrett Zoch and the OSR Band.  Tickets will be on sale at the event for only $10.  Gates will open at 8:00. \n\n\n\nYou do not have to be 21 to enter\, just to drink alcoholic beverages.  No outside drinks are allowed inside.  No pets allowed as well.\n\n\n\nThe concert will take place under the beer garden tent located on the corner of University Avenue and 14th Street (behind the Allstate building).\n\n\n\nFor more information call 936-295-8113.
