DESCRIPTION:The 37thANNUAL FAIR ON THE SQUARE will kick off Friday\, September 30th with a Pre Fair Celebration Concert/Dance!  Music provided in the beer garden by the John Slaughter Band! \n\n\n\nThe celebration will begin at 9:00 p.m. and continue until 12 midnight.  The beer garden will be located in the County Annex parking lot on the corner of 14thStreet and University Avenue\, behind the Allstate Insurance building.  Tickets will be on sale at the event  for $5. \n\n\n\nParking will NOT BE allowed on the streets in the fair area\, 13th Street and University Avenue\, on Friday evening to allow vendors the opportunity to begin setting up for the next day.  Spectators can find parking in other areas including parking lots adjacent to the fair.  \n\nFor more information contact the Chamber at 936-295-8113.
