Mondays starting October 1, 2018, the six-week program teaches techniques to deal with problems such as depression, fatigue, isolation and poor sleep; exercise for maintaining and improving strength, flexibility, and endurance; appropriate use of medications; proper nutrition and communicating effectively with family, friends, and health professionals. Instructors certified by the Texas A & M Center for Population Health & Aging. Class size is limited and you must be over 18 to attend.
